Beta terms
NoFlinch is an invitation-only prerelease service. Please use it with people who expect to hear from you.
Your content
You keep your rights to videos, prompts, and verdicts you create. You grant NoFlinch the limited permission needed to store, process, and deliver that content for the challenge workflow.
Consent and conduct
Do not upload illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, or infringing content. Do not send challenges as harassment or share another person's reaction outside the intended participants without their permission.
Private links
Invite links are capabilities, not public posts. Anyone holding a link may be able to open its challenge, so protect it as you would a private message.
Beta availability
The service may change, reset, or be unavailable while testing. We may remove content or suspend access to protect participants, operate the service, or comply with law.
Ending participation
You may stop using the beta at any time and may delete content through the app or request deletion through support.
